Your new column will have the recorded second-duration (i.e., 25) coverted to hours, minutes, and seconds (i.e., 00:00:25). Drag the corner on your formatted duration cell down the column for any other rows you want to also apply the formula. Enter it as a full number, without any spaces (for example 01013000). You can now enter timecode into the fields you selected previously. Then select Time Code from the Style Name and click OK. Ensure the cell or column with your new number is selected and click Format > Number > Duration.ħ.
